About Dr. Hafiza
Hi, I'm Dr. Hafiza Sidra — thanks for stopping by. I'm a registered dental surgeon and a graduate of Karachi Medical and Dental College in Pakistan. After earning my degree, I completed a year-long house officership at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital in Karachi, where I built the clinical foundation for everything that came after.
Wanting to give people healthier, more confident smiles, I went on to pursue advanced training as a Head House Officer at Hamdard Dental Hospital, which helped me refine my skills even further. That path eventually led me to Fatima Dental Hospital, where I now practice as a dental surgeon in private practice.
Outside the clinic, I'm deeply involved with an NGO called TAFF, where I work as a social worker organizing dental health awareness programs for underprivileged girls in remote parts of Balochistan, Pakistan. That work opened my eyes to something I hadn't fully appreciated before: how closely connected oral health is to women's overall well-being — including menstrual health. It's a link that doesn't get talked about nearly enough, and it's become a real passion of mine to change that.
Today, I see my work as two-fold: I'm a dental practitioner focused on quality clinical care, and an advocate for women's health more broadly — helping women understand the ways their bodies are connected, so they can make more informed decisions about their overall well-being.

What drives me
“Our body's physiology is intricately linked, and the changes during menstruation can impact oral well-being. I strongly advocate for recognizing and addressing this link — by spreading awareness, I want to help women make more informed, confident decisions about their overall health.”
